Living and/or working in New Jersey is a fairly unique and different experience compared to other parts of the country. It’s the most densely populated state in the US, and involves the concerns and interests of New York City and Philadelphia. Each geographic entity is interwoven with the others in the region, permeating lifestyles and affecting perspectives.
Very few Kendle associates actually live in and around Cranford, New Jersey, where the Cranford office is located. They come from numerous communities in eight New Jersey counties, plus a few from neighboring New York and Pennsylvania. Most face a daily commute from nearly every direction in a 40-mile radius of the town.
Some of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies, including Schering-Plough, the Johnson and Johnson Companies, Hoffman-LaRoche, Novartis, Merck, Sanofi Aventis, and Pfizer have headquarters or major facilities within 25 miles of the Cranford office, the largest concentration of major pharmaceutical companies in the world.

When it comes to sports teams, again the diversity of the region shows itself, New Jerseyans have Eagles, Jets and Giants as their favorite NFL football teams; Yankees, Mets and Phillies when it comes to baseball teams, and likewise for other sports
