Mr. Forcellini has more than 30 years of senior financial management and operations experience including serving previously as the Treasurer of publicly traded drug store retailer and working as a senior manager at a global accounting firm. His experience in both M&A and Treasury has been invaluable to the Company’s long-term success. As a member of the Executive Committee, Mr. Forcellini provides insight into our industry as well as the global marketplace and contributes to the development of the overall strategic vision for Kendle. Mr. Forcellini holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting and finance from Miami University and is a CPA (inactive).
