At Kendle, our first step is to appoint a dedicated Start-up Manager, who’ll become your sole point of contact for advice, requests and updates on your study’s progress. They’ll assume an oversight role, liaising with and integrating the activities of everyone involved in the study initiation process.
As your Start-up Manager also has responsibility for ensuring your study is delivered on time and within budget, you’ll probably be seeing a lot of each other.
